Windows exist for the lighting and for the view. Nevertheless, the term has something ambiguous. Either it is just the bay in a wall of a building or it is about a closure of such a bay, which usually consists of a glass, enclosed in a frame. The peculiarity of the stained-glass windows fascinated the Beirut fashion designer Tony Ward. Just as the colourful pieces of glass together create a picture full of symbolism, Tony Ward got to work on the reinterpretation of the glass patterns, in order to tell a story by the hand embroidery on dresses.
