Based in Sesto Fiorentino near Florence, the brand “roberto cavalli”, a local brand with a global audience, had undergone enormous alterations. After Gian Giacomo Ferraris, as head of the management of the fashion house, had completed its restructuring, it had come to a change at the creative top. In May 2017 the British fashion designer Paul Surridge from the menswear sector had followed the Norwegian fashion designer Peter Dundas, who had gone away as a short-lived creative director in October 2016.
