Masquerades are popular, not only for carnivalists, but also for fashion designers. This was the case, for example, with Parisian Eymeric François. To round his couture collection “ICONE” for autumn and winter 2017/2018 off, he sent all models with masks over the runway in the American Cathedral in Paris on 6th July 2017. Sometimes a charming creature from a bygone era appeared in the mind of another Paris fashion designer, namely Franck Sorbier. Releasing energy and freshness over the Atlantic Ocean, it shouted to him: “You made my day!” At the end of a delicate journey and an intensive search for inspiration, Franck Sorbier discovered diversity.
