There are no objections to an occasional alteration, videlicet especially then, when it has a practical utility. Punctually for the couture week and the jewellery week from 2nd July 2017 to 6th July 2017, the Fédération Française de la Couture, du Prêt‑à‑Porter des Couturiers et des Créateurs de Mode changed its name into Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode. The denotation with its baroque length had been quite unwieldy. Therefore nothing stand in the way of the presentations of the couture collections for autumn and winter 2017/2018.
